How to Book an Appointment

The best way to determine if 360 SURGERY can help you is to make an appointment to talk with us. Dr. Melissa Beitner, lead surgeon and founder of 360 SURGERY, believes in personally consulting with every new patient to understand their weight loss journey and to design a treatment plan tailored to them.

Appointment Arrival

Please arrive a little before your scheduled appointment time as there can be some documentation or other matters to attend to before your appointment.

What to Expect

When you attend your appointment you will be greeted by our friendly reception staff upon arriving and your details will be recorded. 

Our comfortable waiting room has magazines and refreshments while you wait to be seen for your appointment.

Referrals

Referrals are not required for an initial appointment but will enable you to be eligible for a Medicare rebate on certain services. Referrals are available from most GP clinics and other medical specialists. 

• A GP referral for consultation is valid for 12 months. 
• A referral for a consultation from a Specialist is valid for 3 months. 

Our reception staff and booking staff are happy to advise you on this when making a booking or on the day of an appointment.
